Russia accuses the United States of aggressive actions against Cuba and Iran

Russia has condemned recent U.S. actions, calling a boat incident near Cuba an 'aggressive provocation' and accusing the U.S. of 'suffocating' Cuba by causing a critical fuel crisis. The Kremlin said it is in talks with Cuba to provide assistance against these U.S. measures.

Separately, Russia's foreign minister, Lavrov, warned the U.S. against any new military strike on Iran, calling such threats 'unacceptable.' The Kremlin said it hopes negotiations between Iran and the U.S. will succeed in reducing tensions in the region.
