Belarus leader discusses regional development and foreign policy

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko held meetings on regional development in the Mogilev region and the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation. He also commented on foreign policy, stating the CSTO military alliance should be careful in its work with Armenia and that Belarus is preparing for war but opposes it.
