Russia's Zakharova mocks EU's Kallas on Ukraine stance

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova criticized EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, saying the EU can never be a neutral mediator between Ukraine and Russia. Zakharova also mocked Kallas' statements on Russia and responded to EU plans to increase pressure on Moscow with a joke about mice and a cactus.
