Israel says it killed Hamas militant behind 2003 killing in Gaza strike

Israel's military said it killed a Hamas militant in a Gaza airstrike who was responsible for the 2003 shooting death of Shalom Har-Melech, the husband of an Israeli lawmaker. The man had been wanted for years in connection with the killing during the second intifada. Separate reports said an Israeli strike in northern Gaza killed a family of four, including two children.
