Panama's top court cancels Hong Kong company's contracts to operate canal ports

Panama's Supreme Court has ruled that a Hong Kong-based company's contracts to operate ports at both ends of the Panama Canal are unconstitutional. The court's decision cancels the concession, which had been granted to the company to run the ports for 25 years.
