UNESCO World Heritage site damaged in strikes on Tehran

The Golestan Palace in Tehran, a UNESCO World Heritage site, was damaged during strikes. The palace was once home to the Peacock Throne, which was looted from Delhi. Iranian media reported the damage following what they described as US-Israeli strikes.
