OpenAI robotics chief resigns over Pentagon AI deal

A senior robotics executive at OpenAI has resigned from the company. The resignation was over concerns about OpenAI's potential work with the Pentagon on artificial intelligence for military and surveillance purposes.

Separately, Oracle and OpenAI have reportedly ended plans to expand a major data center in the United States. The facility may now be leased to Meta instead.
