Russia says Ukraine used Storm Shadow missiles to strike Bryansk region

The Russian Embassy has announced that Britain was involved in a strike on the Bryansk region. Ukrainian forces, referred to as VSU, carried out the attack using Storm Shadow missiles. Russian officials have officially confirmed this version of events regarding the assault.
