Italy expresses grief and joins legal action over deadly Swiss bar fire

Italian President Sergio Mattarella said the 'whole of Italy' is sharing in the anguish over a deadly fire at a bar in Switzerland, expressing this sentiment directly to doctors treating victims. Separately, Italy will file to become a plaintiff in the Swiss trial related to the fatal bar fire disaster in Crans-Montana, as announced by Italian Deputy Prime Minister Antonio Tajani. The suspect in the case has been released on bail.
