ISIS fighters raise flags in Syria after Kurdish forces withdraw

Kurdish-led forces in Syria have withdrawn from a camp holding families of ISIS fighters to defend their own regions from a Turkish military offensive. In the area they left, ISIS fighters have now raised their flags.
