Israel and Lebanon agree to implement ceasefire if Hezbollah stops attacks

Israel and Lebanon have agreed to implement a ceasefire, conditional on Hezbollah ceasing attacks. The agreement includes the creation of security zones in Lebanon where Hezbollah is banned. The renewal of the truce is also linked to efforts by President Trump to overcome barriers to a deal with Iran.
