Kazakhstan introduces new cultural and educational policies while ranking high in science

Kazakhstan is implementing several new domestic policies. The country is introducing a full ban on smartphones for school students and will screen songs by foreign artists before concerts are allowed to take place.

Separately, Kazakhstan has been ranked as the leader in Central Asia for global scientific activity by the SCImago ranking organization.
