Indian student found dead in California after being reported missing

Saketh Sreenivasaiah, an Indian student and graduate of IIT Madras, was found dead in California six days after he was reported missing. The U.S. has confirmed his death, though his father said he had not yet received official information.

In a separate case, the city of Seattle agreed to a settlement of over 260 crore rupees with the family of Jaahnavi Kandula, another Indian student who was killed by a police officer.
