The Israeli military says it has established a 'yellow line' in southern Lebanon, a policy it previously used in Gaza. The line is meant to mark a boundary, and the IDF says it will strike anyone who crosses it, which it says it did by 'eliminating' what it called a terrorist cell that approached Israeli troops.
This comes amid ongoing exchanges of fire across the Israel-Lebanon border. The IDF reported that an Israeli reservist was killed by an explosive device in southern Lebanon. Separately, UNICEF said it was 'outraged' after Israeli forces killed water truck drivers in Gaza.
