Putin says army fighting NATO-backed force in Victory Day speech

In his Victory Day speech, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the Russian army is fighting an 'aggressive' force backed by NATO. He also spoke with veterans of the Great Patriotic War during the Victory Parade.
