Israel strikes Hezbollah sites in southern Lebanon after evacuation warning

The Israeli military carried out airstrikes against Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon. The strikes, conducted in two waves, hit weapons depots and other infrastructure after Israel issued a warning for civilians to evacuate the area.

One person was killed in the strikes, according to Lebanon's health ministry. Israel stated it targeted the sites because the Lebanese army had failed to dismantle them, and cited what it called ceasefire violations by Hezbollah.
