Ukraine Strikes Russian Oil and Chemical Facilities in Long-Range Attacks

Ukraine carried out a series of long-range strikes on industrial facilities deep inside Russia, hitting a chemical plant and fuel depots. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy confirmed the attacks, saying they targeted strategic fuel and explosives hubs in Russia's Yaroslavl region and elsewhere.

The strikes come as Russia continues its nightly drone and missile attacks on Ukrainian cities. Meanwhile, analysts from the Institute for the Study of War note that despite regular strikes on Ukraine, Russia's offensive appears to be losing momentum.
