US officials meet with Israeli leaders to discuss Gaza's future

US officials and special envoys have arrived in Israel to hold discussions about the future of Gaza. The talks also address regional tensions with Iran. Separately, Egyptian and UN officials are discussing developments in Gaza and the reopening of the Rafah crossing.
